Carpet Cleaning (Including Rugs)

Our advanced, powerful yet gentle hot water extraction machines quickly go to work to deep clean and sanitise your carpets. We use our industrial high-powered fans during the cleaning process to speed dry your carpets and allow you to use the area as soon as possible. Our 7-step carpet cleaning process includes:

• Pre-inspection – To provide the best service possible, we pre inspect the carpets and rugs to ascertain their condition and note any areas of concern. This helps us identify what your carpets are made of to ensure all care is taken to protect them.
• Vacuum –Our specialized industrial vacuum cleaner has a high speed rotary beater brush, HEPA filtration and odour absorbing deodoriser, brings all soiling and any foreign objects up from the bottom of the pile and removes them.
• Pre-spray – This is a specially formulated non-toxic product, which releases the soil from the carpet fibres and allows it to be removed easily during the steam cleaning process.
• Spot Stain Removal – We do not believe in a blanket approach to stain removal and understand that some stains may require specialised cleaning products. We take all necessary precautions to protect your carpets when using stronger chemicals to remove embedded stains.
• Agitation/Pile Rejuvenation – This is our favourite part of the process! We use a machine called a TM3, which has 2 high-powered rotor head brushes that lifts even more trapped soils from within the carpet while lifting and rejuvenating the pile. You will be amazed at what this will do to the appearance of your carpets.
• Hot Steam Extraction – We combine environmentally friendly chemicals with dynamic penetration and a high volume extraction feature to not only de-soil your carpet, but also clean and decontaminate it by removing pollutants and allergens that can make you and your family sick.
• Post Clean Inspection – Once we are finished we will always do a walk through to make sure that you are happy with the result. Afterall, our satisfaction is derived from knowing you are satisfied!
